It feels like FOREVER since I’ve updated the blog–actually it has been forever! Sorry!
But I am updating with a new look for the blog and will be posting a ton of pictures from
the past few months very soon! Here are a couple to tide you over until then. Both of these

Ok–can you tell I’m excited?? My lab just started offering these WONDERFUL frames and  I just love them! The two you see below have the wavy insert, but they are also available with a more understated rounded insert or no insert at all!  You can choose from MANY different color combinations so you can match just about any decor you might have.  Is your baby girl’s room done in pink and brown? No problem! The family room is orange and black? We’ve got that! Your bathroom is lime green and lipstick pink? Yep–we’ve got you covered!  Or maybe you’d like a gallery wall of your baby’s newborn portraits in matching black frames? The possibilities are ENDLESS!

This past Saturday I spent the afternoon with Miss J. and her family, taking her one year portraits.  Boy how time flies!  It seems like just last week that we were having her newborn session.  Miss J is so much fun and she has Mommy, Daddy and Big Bro wrapped around her tiny little finger!  I even had a special outfit made just for the occasion–isn’t she “tu-tu” cute!

I had the distinct pleasure of spending the morning with Miss A. on Tuesday.  What an ABSOLUTE DOLL!  She was 6 days old with a head full of beautiful dark brown hair.  She slept lightly through most of the session, gave me a couple of smiles and even peeked at me a couple of times just to let me know that she wasn’t completely out of it!    Enjoy your sneak peek Nana and Mommy!

I caught these shots of Airforce 2 (VP Biden’s plane) after I arrived at work yesterday.  I only had my point-n-shoot with me but I was able to go out on the ramp and get fairly close to the runways.  Of course I was under survelliance the whole time!

Another new offering this year is custom photo books. We are offering books in 3 sizes: 5×5 softcover, 8×8 softcover and 10×10 hardcover.  They are absolutely GORGEOUS!I have samples available so be sure to check them out at your next session!  I can customize the books to match your decor or the  outfits from your session.  You can also have your favorite sayings or quotes added for a more personal touch. 

I have been on the search for new items to offer my customers to display their portraits. One of the first is our new Pocket Albums! They are 3×3  (inches) and contain 8 images. They are sized just right to fit in a pocket, purse, diaper bag or anywhere else,  so you can share your portraits with EVERYONE! You get 3 identical albums in a set so there is one for Mom, one for Dad and an extra as a gift! 

I had a few mini sessions this past Sunday with 3 of my nephews.   They had fun posing for me– especially when they got to make up their OWN poses!  I had fun testing out some new backdrops!  These are the 3 we’re entering in the Model Search Contest but I have many more fun outtakes that I’ll be posting later.
